Description

Le projet est planifié pour accueillir lors de sa mise en service 700 élèves réparti sur trois niveaux. Au rez supérieur et à l’étage sont aménagés les locaux destinés à l’enseignement, tandis qu’au rez inférieur se trouvent les services : le réfectoire, l’administration et les locaux pour les maîtres d’enseignement. Quelques locaux de dépôt et stockage occupent un sous-sol partiel. La structure porteuse est en béton armé et les façades en béton désactivé, coulé en place, révélant une texture forte du gravier de couleur jaune clair. A l’intérieur, un grand nombre de cloisons, entre locaux sont en bois tout comme les agencements fixes, les revêtements d’absorption acoustique et les portes. Énergétiquement la construction est conçue pour atteindre des performances équivalentes au standard Minergie P 2017. La production de chaleur est assurée par le CAD. Les locaux sont ventilés par une installation mécanique à double flux avec récupération d’énergie, des capteurs photovoltaïques sont installés sur la toiture végétalisée. Il comprend également des tablettes et embrasures intérieures de fenêtre et des plinthes.
