Description

Le marché porte à la construction et requalification des bâtiments ainsi que les aménagements extérieurs. Le bâtiment 1 est démoli et remplacé par deux nouveaux bâtiments : l’un (Bat. 1 NEW) pour la DGMR et l’OFROU ; l’autre (Bat. 5) pour la « Polcant », Le bâtiment 2 est conservé et transformé. Le bâtiment 3 est démoli et 2 nouveaux bâtiments « 3 NEW » et « 5 » sont construits contre le bâtiment 2, créant ainsi un volume unique. Le bâtiment 4 (les couverts existants) sont partialement transformés pour abriter le nouveau local électriques et Polycom et les garages de fourgons de la Polcant. Le projet prévoit la pose de portes sectionnelles et de portes accordéons selon les exigences thermiques des bâtiments ainsi que selon l’utilisation des espaces.
