Description

Le projet consiste en l’aménagement d’un cheminement mixte piétons/vélos entre le passage inférieur existant du chemin du Croset et la route du Centre Sportif. Le projet inclut des aménagements paysagers, la réalisation d’aires de repos et de places de jeux, la création de deux passerelles, un mur de soutènement en béton armé, deux murs de soutènement en gabions et des murs en terre armée de type « Terrastone ». Le projet comprend aussi l’exécution des travaux pour la mise en séparatif des collecteurs communaux dans le secteur de la gare de Villars-sur-Glâne, un déversoir d’orage au droit du ruisseau du Croset, ainsi que des travaux pour la pose des raccordements pour les installations électriques et d’éclairage le long du cheminement. Plusieurs réseaux de services industriels (par exemple : Swisscom, Cablecom,…) pourront être potentiellement impactés ou entretenus pendant les travaux de construction en fonction des besoins des services et des impératifs du projet. Certains sont intégrés à cet appel d’offre, d’autres travaux pourront survenir
