Description

Le marché porte sur l’étude et la construction en Entreprise Totale des parties d’ouvrages suivantes : 1. Nouvelle station de découplage (SDD) y compris les adaptations hydrauliques dans les stations de pompage (SPP), les conduites de liaison SPP et SDD et les conduites de rejet au lac entre le bâtiment SDD et la chambre de visite d’interface des conduites CCU/SDD. 2. Nouvelles conduites de liaison (terrestres) SDD-PDR jusqu’au poste de redistribution PDR, y compris la création d’un nouveau local de pompes dans l’actuel parking au sous-sol du bâtiment BS de l’EPFL. 3. Rénovation du réseau de distribution dans les galeries EPFL depuis le poste PDR jusqu’aux différentes sous-stations propres à chaque bâtiment du campus y compris la nouvelle conduite de retour et les adaptations hydrauliques à la CCT. L’Entreprise Totale interviendra de la phase « 32. Projet d’ouvrage » jusqu’à la phase « 53. Mise en service, achèvement ». L’élément déclencheur et l’objectif primordial du projet est la protection contre la prolifération des moules Quagga dans nos conduites et la sécurisation du réseau de refroidissement. Cependant, la vétusté des conduites ainsi que nos capacités en refroidissement actuelles, induisent une réflexion globale sur l’avenir de l’ensemble du site de l’EPFL et l’UNIL à Ecublens. De ce fait, le projet comprend les trois objectifs ci-dessous : 1. Protection totale des conduites du réseau de refroidissement contre la prolifération des moules Quagga, grâce au découplage hydraulique et à un nouveau réseau en boucle fermée. 2. Augmentation des capacités en refroidissement afin de subvenir aux besoins futurs dus aux nouveaux bâtiments et à l’augmentation de la demande des bâtiments existants. 3. Réduction des coûts d’exploitation et optimisation énergétique grâce au bouclage du réseau. Veuillez consulter le cahier des charges et ses annexes pour plus de renseignement.
