La Commune de Rue est responsable des transports scolaires pour les élèves (de la 1H à la 8H) habitant sur le territoire du cercle scolaire de Rue. L’objectif du présent marché est de garantir le transport des élèves sur le territoire de la Commune, de manière fiable et sécurisée, à la satisfaction des enfants, de leurs parents, du cercle scolaire et des autorités communales. Le soumissionnaire doit impérativement soumettre une offre d’une validité de 6 mois à partir de la remise de l’offre. Cette offre couvre à minima la totalité des prestations décrites dans le chapitre 2 « Objet du marché » des documents d'appel d'offres. L’adjudicateur attend de l'adjudicataire un contrat-cadre portant sur une durée initiale de 5 ans (août 2027 - juillet 2032), reconductible tacitement d’année en année (d’août 2032 à juillet 2033 respectivement d’août 2033 à juillet 2034) jusqu’à un maximum de 7 ans.
