Description

Infolge Bauarbeiten an einem Kulturgüterschutzraum sind rund 3000 Kunstobjekte temporär auszulagern. Die Werkliste umfasst Gemälde, Zeichnungen, Druckgraphiken, Skulpturen, Fotografien und Glasnegative. Der Auftrag umfasst die Organisation, das Verpacken, das Auslagern mit Hin- und Rücktransport sowie die rund zweijährige Einlagerung und Betreuung an einem externen Lagerort. Der Auftrag erfordert nachweisbare Erfahrung im Kunsttransport und -lagerung sowie in der Betreuung von Museums- und Sammlungsgut. Mit dem Umzug soll im Januar 2028 begonnen werden. Die provisorische Einlagerung der Kunstobjekte ist von Februar 2028 bis Oktober 2029 vorgesehen. Mit der Rückführung wird der Auftrag Ende 2029 abgeschlossen. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im selektiven Verfahren im Binnenmarktbereich. Stufe 1 (Teilnahme- und Eignungsphase): In der ersten Stufe ruft der Auftraggeber öffentlich zur Einreichung von Teilnahmeanträgen auf. Jedes interessierte Unternehmen darf einen Teilnahmeantrag einreichen. Hierbei werden ausschliesslich die Eignungskriterien der Anbieter geprüft. Selektion (Präqualifikation): Die Vergabestelle bewertet die Eignung. Sie wählt die am besten geeignete Anbieter aus. Für die zweite Stufe werden maximal fünf Anbieter zugelassen. Stufe 2 (Angebotsphase): Nur die zugelassenen und als geeignet befundenen Bewerber erhalten die vollständigen Ausschreibungsunterlagen und werden aufgefordert, ein konkretes Angebot (Preis und Zuschlagskriterien) einzureichen. Diese Ausschreibung bzw. die Auftragsvergabe erfolgt vorbehältlich der Genehmigung und Freigabe der erforderlichen Kredite durch die zuständigen Instanzen.
