Description

Cet appel d’offres met au concours les prestations de photographie, production de vidéo et b-roll, création d’animations, contenu en 3D, et effets spéciaux, le montage, l’étalonnage, et la post-production. Les soumissionnaires devront assumer les tâches suivantes : • Prise de contact et discussion avec le mandant dans un délai d’un jour ouvrable à la suite de la demande de service de l’EPFL • Présentation d’un devis sur la base du mandat défini par le mandant • Proposition d’un script pouvant aller de 30 seconds à 12 minutes selon le besoin exprimé par l’EPFL au cas par cas (à destination des réseaux sociaux, des sites web, des présentations faites durant des événements) • Production vidéo (Préparation du shooting, repérage des lieux, matériel adéquat, tournage, montage et post-production) • Liste de plans détaillée avec dates et horaires • Révision du projet après feedback du mandant • Livraison finale aux formats préalablement définis entre le mandant et le mandataire
