Le mandat s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet UPN Chexbres - Roche sur la N09, entre les communes de Chexbres et de Roche. Il couvre le tronçon compris entre Chexbres et Villeneuve, du PR 200 au PR 429, correspondant aux PDEV 10 à PDEV 25. Le mandat porte sur les prestations d’auteur de projet pour le dimensionnement du système d’évacuation et de traitement des eaux de chaussée sur l’ensemble du périmètre de l’UPN Chexbres - Roche. Les domaines d’étude tracé, environnement, ouvrages d’art, ainsi qu’électromécanique, sont à couvrir en vue de l’établissement des dossiers MK et AP pour ce secteur. Le mandat prévoit des prestations de coordination inter-lots.
