Description
Le projet de réaménagement de la jonction de la Blécherette est un nouvel aménagement autoroutier situé sur la N09 au nord de Lausanne entre les Km 3.9 et 6.4. Il a pour objectif principal de dédoubler la jonction actuelle afin de fluidifier le trafic et ainsi améliorer la sécurité des usagers. Le projet prévoit des mesures anticipées (restant à confirmer) et doit tenir compte de plusieurs projets voisins, connexes et parallèles. Suite à l’établissement du projet définitif AP et afin de continuer la planification de ce projet, le mandat actuel doit être partiellement remis en appel d’offres. La présente procédure concerne les prestations d’APR-DLT pour les domaines génie civil (T/U-K-T/G) et pour les phases DP à mise en service (SIA 32 à 53 selon SIA 112).
