Le projet se situe sur un tronçon autoroutier majeur, sous exploitation, à haut débit, intégré au réseau des axes européens, desservant des sites d’importance nationale, des sites internationaux, un aéroport international. L’objet de cet appel d’offres est la fourniture des prestations d’auteur de projet trafic (APR) et de direction locale des travaux trafic (DLT) pour les phases SIA 41 à 53.
