Description

Acquisition de la maintenance et renouvellement des licences pour la plateforme Tungsten Kofax Capture Le lot n°1 comprend le coût des licences des produits Kofax Capture et Kofax Import Connector intégrant le support de niveau 3. Pour le lot 1 le contrat portera sur une durée de 46 mois, du 1er mars 2028 au 31 décembre 2031.; Le lot n°2 comprend les prestations de maintenance corrective, adaptative et évolutive, ainsi que le coût forfaitaire unique de mise en place et le coût lié au changement d’infrastructure de la solution Kofax. L’ensemble de ces prestations couvre une période de 62 mois. Pour le lot 2, la phase de mise en place et transition débute le 2 novembre 2026 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2026, soit 2 mois. Les prestations de maintenance corrective, adaptative et évolutive, ainsi que le coût pour la phase de mise en place et transition, porteront sur une durée 60 mois, du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2031. Le support devra être assuré en langue française, du lundi au vendredi (jours ouvrés de l’État de Fribourg), entre 7h30 et 18h00. Cela correspond à une durée totale de 62 mois.
