L’OFROU est chargé de la réalisation et de l’implémentation du projet UeLS (système de gestion informatique) dans le cadre du programme SA-CH dans le périmètre de l’Unité Territoriale II, soit : * canton de Vaud * canton de Fribourg * canton de Genève : la partie Genève est optionnelle L’objet de cet appel d’offres est la fourniture des prestations d’APR (Auteur de Projet) et DLT (Direction Locale des Travaux) pour les phases SIA 32 à 53. Les prestations à fournir concernent des infrastructures de transport sous exploitation et à haute disponibilité.
