L’OFROU met en appel d’offres, pour le Lot Nord couvrant les secteurs exploités par les Unités territoriales I et IX rattachées à la filiale d’Estavayer-le-Lac (F1), les prestations suivantes : - Examen et suivi des projets de tiers ; - Appuis techniques à la Police des constructions. L’OFROU doit être informé, doit examiner et suivre tous les projets de tiers pouvant potentiellement influencer l'exploitation du réseau des RN. Il s’agit principalement de projets réalisés dans ou aux abords du périmètre des RN, qui influencent directement le réseau des RN.
