Ce présent appel d’offres a pour objectif la conclusion du mandat de l’organe de révision pour la vérification des comptes annuels de l’Hospice général conformément à l’article 44 de la loi sur l’organisation des institutions de droit public (LOIDP) et concerne : - Le contrôle ordinaire des comptes annuels de l’Hospice général ; - Le contrôle de l’existence d’un système de contrôle interne relatif aux processus et aux mesures qui garantissent une tenue régulière de la comptabilité et un rapport financier adéquat, conformément à la NA-CH 890 ; - Le contrôle de la liasse de consolidation requise par l’État de Genève dans le cadre de l’établissement de ses comptes consolidés, selon les instructions du réviseur aux comptes de l’Etat de Genève ; - L’examen succinct de cinq fonds affectés intégrés au bilan de l’Hospice général (Fonds Mon Havre, Tissot, Conradi-Perrard, Peugeot, Fonds social).
