Le marché porte sur : · la révision des comptes annuels de l’Hôpital Riviera-Chablais ci-après dénommé HRC, pour les exercices 2027 à 2029. Ceux-ci seront constitués du résultat de l’exploitation hospitalière et de l’hors exploitation. · la révision des comptes annuels de la Pharmacie des hôpitaux de l’est lémanique ci-après dénommée PHEL, pour les exercices 2027 à 2029. Ceux-ci seront constitués du résultat de l’exploitation de la PHEL. · La révision des comptes consolidés HRC et PHEL pour les exercices 2027 à 2029. · La révision du reporting annuel, relatif à l’HRC, à destination des cantons de Vaud et du Valais tel que demandé par le règlement vaudois fixant les normes relatives à la comptabilité, au système d’information, à la révision du reporting annuel et au système de contrôle interne des hôpitaux reconnus d’intérêt public (RCCI) du 25 avril 2018 (état au 01.01.2025).
