Description

La ligne du LEB est une ligne à voie métrique qui relie Lausanne-Flon à Bercher sur une longueur totale de 23.5 km. La ligne est alimentée en 1500 VDC par 6 sous-stations (Chauderon, Prilly-Chasseur, Vernand-Camarès, Les Ripes, Echallens et Fey). Le projet du SCADA Énergie s’inscrit dans une volonté des transports publics de la région lausannoise (tl) de moderniser la gestion des équipements d’alimentation (sous-stations et herses de distribution) en les dotant d’un système de commande et contrôle à distance, qui s’effectuera depuis le poste de contrôle-commande (PCC) LeboCentre à Echallens. Plusieurs projets connexes de renforcement et de renouvellement des installations électriques sont en cours de planification et/ou de réalisation : - Renouvellement et déplacement de la sous-station de Chauderon - Remplacement de la sous-station de Prilly-Chasseur par celle de Cery-Fleur-de-Lys - Nouveau tunnel à Etagnières et remplacement de la sous-station des Ripes - Planification du nouveau dépôt de Bercher et réaffectation de la gare d’Echallens Parmi les projets connexes, seuls ceux de Chauderon et de Cery-Fleur-de-Lys seront pris en compte dans le cadre du présent mandat. En effet, ces projets seront achevés lors du déploiement du SCADA Energie. Les lots 1, 2 et 3 sont des marchés de fournitures. Le lot 4 est un marché de services. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur l’acquisition de fournitures et de services liés au déploiement et la mise à niveau des équipements terrain du SCADA Energie pour le LEB. * Fourniture et pose des câbles d'alimentation et de commande/communication SCADA
