Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet de sélectionner un prestataire chargé de fournir des carburants, ainsi que d’assurer les prestations suivantes : * organisation de l'approvisionnement * mise à disposition d'un réseau de stations-services ouvertes au public * gestion opérationnelle des stations-services appartenant à l'Etat de Vaud * mise en place d'un plan de continuité Le volume moyen annuel des carburants consommés est estimée à environ 1'500'000 litres.
