L’objet du marché consiste à fournir une offre d’une validité de 6 mois pour une balayeuse électrique adaptée au travail de nettoyage des trottoirs de la Ville de Gland. La machine doit posséder les caractéristiques suivantes : * Version communale d’une balayeuse. * Motorisation 100% électrique. * Adaptée à une utilisation d’environ 750 h par année. * Volume total de la cuve supérieur à 1,5 m³. * Le châssis et la construction de la machine sont adaptés au nettoyage des trottoirs (solidité, garde au sol, conduite en pente, etc.). * Largeur hors-tout adaptée aux trottoirs (environ 1'200 mm maximum). * Balayeuse articulée ou à 4 roues directrices. * La machine est adaptée au climat et à la région de Gland ainsi qu’au bâtiment où elle sera stockée. * Les spécifications techniques avec la mention « éliminatoire » dans l’Annexe C sont toutes acceptées.
