L’objet du marché consiste à fournir une offre d’une validité de 6 mois pour un chargeur télescopique électrique. Le véhicule doit posséder les caractéristiques suivantes : Fournir un véhicule de type chargeur télescopique. Le véhicule possède une motorisation 100% électrique. Le véhicule est adapté à une utilisation d’environ 500 heures par année. Le véhicule sera livré homologué et immatriculé. Fournir l’ensemble des agrégats requis (crochet pour déplacer les bennes, godet à terre, godet à grapins, fourches ainsi qu’en option, une lame à neige). La longueur du bras est adaptée au tassement des bennes (correspond à une portée en hauteur d’environ 13 mètres). Fournir un outil de tassement suffisamment lesté afin de minimiser les efforts du bras vers le bas. L’abaque de charge permet de tasser l’extrémité des bennes à l’aide de l’outil lesté (nécessite de pouvoir supporter une charge d’environ 1,5 tonnes à environ 9 mètres). Le soumissionnaire garantit que le véhicule offert est en mesure d’effectuer l’ensemble des travaux et s’engage à le démontrer lors d’essais en conditions réelles. Le véhicule est adapté au climat et à la région de Gland ainsi qu’au bâtiment où il sera stocké. Les spécifications techniques avec la mention « éliminatoire » dans l’Annexe C sont toutes acceptées.
