Il comprend : - La fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service de SSc, serveur dédié, outils de vérification du bon fonctionnement, le tout pendant 10 ans ; - une prestation de support technique pendant 10 ans. - l’organisation et la dispense de la formation des équipes de GA (utilisateurs et maintenance) ;
