Description

TGA Modernisierung Aufzugsanlagen Im Komplex der Agentur für Arbeit Suhl sind 3 Aufzugsanlagen vorhanden. Es handelt sich um die Personen-/ Lastenaufzüge der Firma Schönfels, Baujahr 1998, Fabr. Nr. 3228, Haus B, 3238 - Haus C und 3248 - Haus D. Diese Aufzugsanlagen werden fachgerecht demontiert sowie umweltfreundlich entsorgt. Für die zukünftige Nutzung werden drei neue Aufzugsanlagen gemäß dem Stand der Technik errichtet. Die neuen Aufzüge A1 + A2 + A3 entsprechen der Aufzugsrichtlinie 2014/ 33/ EU umgesetzt im ÜAnlG, der DIN EN ISO 8100-1/ 2, DIN EN 81-28,-58, -70 sowie -73. Die Aufzugsanlagen A1 + A2 + A3 werden gemäß AMEV 2024 Richtlinie als getriebelose Seilaufzüge mit Frequenzregelung konzipiert. Bei den Aufzügen A 1 + A 2 + A 3 erfolgt die Anordnung des Antriebes im Schachtkopf und der Steuerung in den vorhandenen Triebwerksräumen. Es wird eine dynamische Brandfallsteuerung gemäß DIN EN 81-73 und VDI 6017 und eine Schachtentrauchung bei den Aufzügen A1 bis A3 gemäß ThürBO vorgesehen. Im Brandfall sind die Aufzüge A1 bis A3 nicht zu benutzen. Die Aufzüge werden nacheinander erneuert / ausgetauscht, so dass immer zwei Anlagen während der Gesamtbauzeit in Betrieb sind.
