Description

L’objecte d’aquest contracte és la contractació del subministrament de les llicències de correu corporatiu i ofimàtica del personal municipal i la provisió del servei d'emmagatzematge al núvol de les dades compartides. LOT 1: ● Subministrament, com a revenedor o partner autoritzat, de 115 subscripcions Microsoft 365 Business Standard, amb alta i manteniment de les llicències actives i actualitzades durant tota la vigència del contracte. ● Facturació mensual detallada del servei i gestió administrativa de la variació del nombre de llicències (altes i baixes de quantitat), sense cap concepte de facturació addicional. ● L'assignació de les llicències als usuaris, l'administració del tenant i tota la gestió, configuració i suport tècnic són responsabilitat exclusiva de l'Ajuntament. LOT 2: ● Provisió, com a revenedor o partner autoritzat (CSP), de la subscripció de núvol que dona servei a l'emmagatzematge Azure Files (3 TB, en ZRS i amb còpia de seguretat) actualment en producció. ● Facturació mensual del consum del servei, sense cap concepte de facturació addicional. ● La configuració tècnica (creació i dimensionament dels recursos compartits, redundància ZRS, política de còpia de seguretat, permisos i integració) i tota la gestió del servei són responsabilitat exclusiva de l'Ajuntament.
