Subministrament, instal·lació i manteniment d’un sistema informàtic que doni suport al servei d’atenció domiciliària de l’Ajuntament, amb els objectius que figuren al punt 2 del PPT. Es tracta d’un contracte mixt que conté prestacions de subministraments, el propi programa informàtic, i de serveis, els treballs de consultoria, formació i desenvolupament i configuració, sent la prestació principal el subministrament de l’eina informàtica, que és un 93%, mentre que la part de serveis és un 7%. Complementàriament la finalitat del contracte es promoure la perspectiva de gènere amb l’adopció d’un llenguatge inclusiu i igualitari.
