Queda prohibida la reproducció total o parcial del disseny en qualsevol altre suport, marxandatge o material sense l’autorització expressa de l’Ajuntament De conformitat amb l'article 99.3 LCSP, l'òrgan de contractació podrà no dividir en lots l'objecte de contracte quan existeixin motius vàlids que estiguin degudament justificats.
