Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je výstavba nových dílen, které jsou koncipovány jako přístavba ke stávajícímu komplexu budov na ul. Gen. Krátkého 1799/30, 787 01 Šumperk, na pozemcích parc. č. 1900/2 a parc. č. st. 2101 v k.ú. Šumperk, ve vlastnictví objednatele, a na pozemku parc. č. st. 2053 v k.ú. Šumperk, ve vlastnictví ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. Cílem výstavby tohoto nového projektu je vytvoření nových, převážně dílenských prostor pro praktickou výuku školy. Výstavba nového objektu dílen a učeben při SŠŘ v Šumperku je situována v areálu školy, za hlavní budovou objektu, na rovinatém pozemku. Objekt bude napojen na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu města pomocí stávajících a nových přípojek, bude napojen na stávající páteřní rozvody stávajících objektů. Součástí dodávky silnoproudých instalací budou také instalace v souvislosti s dodávkou fotovoltaického (PV) systému na střechu objektu dílen. Zhotovitel zajistí připojení FVE k distribuční soustavě a splnění všech souvisejících požadavků ČEZ Distribuce, a.s.
