Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die ganzjährige, regelmäßige und dokumentierte Streckenkontrolle der in den Anlagen bezeichneten öffentlichen Straßen, Wege, Plätze und Nebenanlagen im Stadtgebiet Bornheim durch einen fachkundigen Auftragnehmer. Die Leistung dient der Unterstützung des AG bei der Wahrnehmung seiner Aufgaben zur Erhaltung der Verkehrssicherheit. Der AN schuldet die vollständige, fachgerechte, fristgerechte und beweissichere Durchführung der vertraglich festgelegten Kontrollen sowie die unverzügliche Meldung festgestellter Mängel. Entscheidungen über Art, Umfang und Durchführung von Sicherungs-, Unterhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen verbleiben beim AG, soweit in diesen Unterlagen nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
