Renfrewshire Council (the Council) are seeking to enter into a contract in respect of a suitably qualified, experienced, and competent Consultant to act as Architect, Lead Consultant, and Principal Designer for a programme of works to repair the Steeple Buildings, Steeple Square, Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire PA10 2JD Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
