Abipusiu susitarimu nutraukus prekių viešojo pirkimo-pardavimo sutartį. Buvo nustatyta, kad buvo netiksliai suformuluoti Pirkimų sąlygų 93 punkte skelbiami kvalifikaciniai reikalavimai tiekėjams. Reikalaujama įvykdytos ar vykdomos sutarties suma nurodyta nenurodant, kad suma be PVM, kaip to reikalauja Viešųjų pirkimų tarnybos direktoriaus 2020-12-31 įsakymas Nr. 1S-177.
