Für das Projekt „Eingangsbereich Spanische Hofreitschule“ wurde ein geladener, einstufiger Realisierungswettbewerb im Unterschwellenbereich gemäß § 45 BVergG 2018 durchgeführt. Im Anschluss daran wurde mit dem Wettbewerbssieger, dem Verfasser des bestgereihten Wettbewerbsprojekts, gemäß § 37 Abs 1 Z 7 BVergG 2018 ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne vorherige Bekanntmachung zum Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Erbringung der erforderlichen Generalplanerleistungen durchgeführt.
