Description

Термін придатності на Товар, що постачається Постачальником повинен бути не менше 80% від загального терміну придатності. Строк (термін) поставки Товару протягом 3-ох календарних днів з моменту отримання письмової заявки від Покупця, надісланої на електронну адресу Постачальника. Відповідний строк може бути змінений за погодженням сторін. Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями згідно кількості, зазначеної Покупцем у замовленні, але в будь-якому разі - до 28.08.2026р. У разі виникнення в Покупця нагальної потреби, останній має право зазначити у замовленні коротший Строк (термін) поставки Товару, а саме, не пізніше 24 годин з моменту замовлення.
