Käesoleva hanke eesmärk on toetada laste heaolu ennetussüsteemi selgema ja sidusama korralduse kujundamist ning määratleda sotsiaalkindlustusameti laste heaolu osakonna roll ja vastutus selles süsteemis. Töö käigus sünteesitakse olemasolevaid uuringuid, analüüse ja valdkondlikke materjale, et struktureerida arusaam laste heaolu ennetuse korraldusest, osapoolte rollidest, koostöövajadustest ja arenduskohtadest.
