Social and health low-capacity facility with a capacity of 24 places - CSS LÚČ

The Žilinský self-governing region procured building works for the social and health low-capacity facility with a capacity of 24 places - CSS LÚČ. The works concern the reconstruction of the current polyclinic building in Bytča. The building will be divided into two separate parts: the older part will remain a polyclinic, while the newer part will be completely reconstructed for the needs of the CSS Lúč facility. The detailed scope is set out in section B1, Description of the subject of the contract, and in the project documentation and bill of quantities included in the tender documents. The estimated value is EUR 2,792,290.78. The deadline for bids was 2026-08-21 and bidding has now closed.
