Predmetom projektového zámeru sú stavebné úpravy a zníženie energetickej náročnosti školského internátu, vstupnej časti do školského internátu a školskej jedálne v Liptovskom Mikuláši na parcele KN/C 210, 211, 216/19. Zadanie rieši komplexnú obnovu exteriéru budovy t. j. zateplenie obvodového plášťa, zateplenie strešnej konštrukcie vrátane realizácie zelenej strechy na budove kuchyne, výmena otvorových konštrukcií, osadenie fotovoltaickej elektrárne na strechu budovy vstupnej časti, nový bleskozvod. V interiéri budovy sa rieši výmena výťahu, obnova hygienických priestorov vo vestibule, elektrická protipožiarna signalizácia, hlasová signalizácia požiaru, výmena časti rozvodov vykurovania a vykurovacích telies. Po realizácii obnovy zostane účel objektu nezmenený, nezmenení sa počet podlaží, ani podlahová plocha. Základné pôdorysné rozmery predmetnej budovy sú 70,99 x 47,12 m.
