Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace stavebních prací spočívajících ve stavebních úpravách objektu Centra seniorů Mělník, č. p. 3343, ul. Fügnerova, Mělník, a to podle dvou samostatně zpracovaných projektových dokumentací, které tvoří nedílnou součást zadávací dokumentace. Jedná se o současnou realizaci následujících stavebních záměrů, které povedou ke Snížení energetické náročnosti budovy CSSM, Fügnerova 3343, Mělník: 1. Stavební práce - zateplení objektu zahrnující zejména: • zateplení obálky budovy, • výměnu výplní otvorů, • zateplení střech, • částečnou rekonstrukci a hydraulické vyregulování otopné soustavy, • instalaci fotovoltaické elektrárny bez akumulace včetně souvisejících elektroinstalací a úprav hromosvodu, • další související stavební práce vyplývající z projektové dokumentace. 2. Stavební práce - výměna rozvodů, zahrnující zejména: • rekonstrukci hygienického zázemí, • výměnu svislých a vodorovných rozvodů technických instalací (vodovod, kanalizace, odvětrání a vytápění), • stavební úpravy instalačních šachet, • nové sádrokartonové konstrukce, • úpravy dveřních otvorů, • nové povrchové úpravy, obklady, dlažby a další související stavební práce dle projektové dokumentace.
