Predmetom zákazky je modernizácia meracieho systému spotreby energie (ďalej ako „MSE-O“) inštalovaného na hnacích koľajových vozidlách (ďalej ako „HKV“) a elektrických poschodových jednotkách (ďalej ako „EPJ“) v majetku ZSSK pozostávajúca z nasledovných hlavných činností: 1, Dodanie komponentov pre MSE-O na 84 ks HKV/EPJ závislej trakcie na radoch HKV 263, 361, 362, 381, 671. 2, Montáž a uvedenie MSE-O do prevádzky - na každom jednom HKV/EPJ osobitne. 3, Dodanie kompletnej požadovanej dokumentácie. Výsledkom predmetnej modernizácie je schválenie systému „MSE-O“ ako fakturačného, tak aby bola možná následná fakturácia spotrebovanej elektrickej energie zo strany Prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy „(PDS)“ ŽSR na základe nameraných údajov o spotrebe elektrickej energie a GPS polohe poskytnutých týmto systémom. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je definovaný v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky týchto súťažných podkladov.
