Description

Predmetom zákazky realizovanej nadlimitným postupom je zriadenie dynamického nákupného systému, v rámci ktorého sa budú vyhlasovať jednotlivé výzvy na predkladanie ponúk na dodávanie nových, originálnych tonerov, náplní a súvisiaceho materiálu do tlačiarní, kopírovacích strojov a multifunkčných zariadení bežne dostupných na trhu pre potreby Univerzity Konštantína Filozofa v Nitre podľa slovníka obstarávania v rozsahu skupiny 301, 302, resp. 905 uvedenej v Spoločnom slovníku obstarávania (CPV). Predmet zákazky požadujeme vrátane balenia, dopravy, vyloženia na konkrétne pracovisko uvedené v objednávke úspešným uchádzačom nie prepravnou spoločnosťou z dôvodu potreby odovzdania tovaru priamo zástupcom dodávateľa, ako aj kontroly dodaného tovaru na mieste plnenia a jeho prípadnej reklamácie. Predmet zákazky požadujeme vrátane bezplatného odvozu a ekologickej likvidácie použitých tonerov, náplní a súvisiaceho materiálu v súlade so zákonom č. 79/2015 Z. z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov, a iných nákladov potrebných na realizáciu zákazky.
