Description

Predmetom zákaziek zadávaných v rámci dynamického nákupného systému bude výber poskytovateľa na vykonávanie činností súvisiacich s výkonom stavebného dozoru. Presná špecifikácia predmetu zákazky bude uvedená v príslušnej Výzve na predkladanie ponúk v rámci zadávania konkrétnej zákazky v zriadenom dynamickom nákupnom systéme(DNS). Vo všeobecnosti bude verejný obstarávateľ požadovať prítomnosť stavebného dozoru na stavbe, ktorá bude bližšie špecifikovaná v príslušnej výzve nasledovne: a)na odovzdaní a prevzatí staveniska medzi objednávateľom a zhotoviteľom, b)priebežne počas celej doby uskutočňovania stavby a to minimálne 2 x týždenne v celkovom počte 12 hodín za týždeň, c)na kontrolnom dni, ktorý sa bude konať 1 x týždenne, d)na mimoriadnom kontrolnom dni, ktorý sa bude konať v prípade potreby a to 1 x mesačne, e)na odovzdávacom a preberacom konaní, f)na kolaudačnom konaní. Začiatok výkonu činnosti stavebného dozoru je odovzdaním staveniska zhotoviteľovi.
