Predmetom zákazky sú stavebné práce - novostavba krytej plavárne v obci Kráľovský Chlmec podľa Opisu predmetu zákazky v zmysle Časti B. súťažných podkladov a na základe projektovej dokumentácie, ktorá tvorí Prílohu B.1 súťažných podkladov (ďalej len „predmet zákazky“). Predmetom zákazky sú stavebné práce - KRYTÁ PLAVÁREŇ KOŠICKÉHO SAMOSPRÁVNEHO KRAJA PRI GYMNÁZIU V KRÁĽOVSKOM CHLMCI, novostavba obdĺžnikového tvaru, dvojpodlažná, 25 metrový plavecký bazén a výučbový bazén pre deti, s technológiami vedúcimi k nízkoenergetickej prevádzke. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky tvorí (i) projektová dokumentácia, ktorá je neoddeliteľnou súčasťou týchto súťažných podkladov ako Príloha B.1 a (ii) Výkaz výmer, ktorý je neoddeliteľnou súčasťou týchto súťažných podkladov ako Príloha č. C.2. Podrobný obsah a podmienky realizácie Diela tvorí obsah Časti E. Obchodné podmienky týchto súťažných podkladov. Stavebné práce budú prebiehať za plnej prevádzky školy, t.j. aj počas školskej výuky.
