1. Predmetom tejto zákazky sú stavebné práce v obciach Rochovce, Slavošovce a Čierna Lehota - vybudovanie nového kanalizačného systému na od-kanalizovanie splaškových a dažďových odpadových vôd so spoločnou čistiarňou odpadových vôd situo-vanou v katastrálnom území obce Rochovce podľa podmienok a požiadaviek uvedených v Časti B_Zmluvné podmienky súťažných podkladov a projektovej dokumentácie (ďalej len „predmet zá-kazky“ alebo „stavba“). 2. Lehota realizácie predmetu zákazky - do 36 mesia-cov od začatia realizácie diela (prevzatia staveniska), z toho je 24 mesiacov (lehota výstavby na realizáciu kanalizácie a ČOV) a 12 mesiacov (skúšobná pre-vádzka pre ČOV). 3. Miesto realizácie - územie stavby sa nachádza v intraviláne a extraviláne obcí Rochovce, Slavošov-ce a Čierna Lehota v okrese Rožňava. 4. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky a ďalšie požiadav-ky na spôsob vykonania diela a ostatných plnení tvo-riacich predmet zákazky sa nachádza v jednotlivých prílohách Časti B_Zmluvné podmienky súťažných podkladov.
