Description

Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác v rámci projektu rekonštrukcie domova mládeže vrátane súvisiacich stavebných objektov a technickej infraštruktúry. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa najmä komplexnú rekonštrukciu existujúceho objektu domova mládeže, modernizáciu vnútorných priestorov, dispozičné úpravy, zateplenie objektu, výmenu otvorových konštrukcií, rekonštrukciu strešného plášťa, rekonštrukciu a vybudovanie nových rozvodov technického vybavenia budovy, rekonštrukciu vykurovania, zdravotechniky, vzduchotechniky, elektroinštalácií, slaboprúdových systémov a elektronického zabezpečovacieho systému. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj rekonštrukcia a rozšírenie centrálnej kotolne, realizácia odberného elektrického zariadenia, areálových NN rozvodov a vonkajšieho osvetlenia, úprava areálových komunikácií a spevnených plôch vrátane parkovacích miest, realizácia novej garáže a výmena výťahu.
