Description

Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác, spočívajúcich v rekonštrukcii interiérových a exteriérových priestorov na stavbe „Rekonštrukcia a modernizácia ZŠ Jozefa Gregora Tajovského v Banskej Bystrici“. Stavba je členená na nasledovné stavebné objekty: SO-01 Pavilón A SO 02 Pavilón B SO 03 Pavilón C SO 04 Pavilón D SO 05 Externé priestory školy SO 06 Školský športový areál V uvedených stavebných objektoch budú vykonané stavebné práce pre nasledovné oblasti: 1.Podpora desegregácie výchovy a vzdelávania, 2.Debarierizácia škôl a školských zariadení, 3.Materiálne vybavenie a technické zabezpečenie škôl, 4.Budovanie/modernizácia učební vrátane vonkajších, 5.Výstavba a rekonštrukcia školských športovísk, ktoré sú členené v rozpočte. V rámci prác v interiéri sa jedná hlavne o stierkovanie a maľovanie, výmenu podlahových krytín, výmenu dvier a rekonštrukciu sociálnych zariadení. Práce v exteriéri pozostávajú z výmeny oplotenia, opravy prístupovej komunikácie, asfaltového nádvoria a opráv schodísk, prestrešenia vstupného schodiska, športových povrchov na ihrisku a osadenia mobiliáru. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v Projektovej dokumentácii na realizáciu stavby vrátane výkazov výmer, zhotovených spoločnosťou Karol Fraňo s.r.o., Sládkovičova 64, 974 05 Banská Bystrica, zodpovedný projektant Ing. Karol Fraňo, autorizovaný stavebný inžinier, reg. č. 3826*A*4-1 (Príloha č.1 a č.2 časti II. súťažných podkladov), ako aj v návrhu Zmluvy o dielo, ktorá tvorí Prílohu č.1 časti III. súťažných podkladov. Stavebné práce budú prebiehať za plnej prevádzky školského zariadenia.
