Slovakia - Construction works - RECONSTRUCTION OF MLÁDEŽNÍCKA STREET, STAGE 1

The city of Banská Bystrica awarded a road reconstruction contract covering Mládežnícka street, from Gorkého street to the public transport turning area (0.490 to 1.440 km). The works include new asphalt layers, replacement of kerbs along the entire road, and local replacement of pavement structural layers where defects are found. The contract was won by VIAKORP, s.r.o. for EUR 658,344.21, which is 24% below the estimated value of EUR 864,171.30. Detailed design documentation was prepared by CiDeCo, s.r.o. with responsible designer Ing. Monika Zaťková.
