Description

Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác na výstavbe vodárenských a kanalizačných infraštruktúr v obci Horná Streda, katastrálne územie obce Horná Streda, okres Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Zákazka pozostáva z troch vzájomne previazaných stavieb: 1. Horná Streda - vodovod vrátane vodovodnej vetvy „A" - výstavba verejnej rozvodnej vodovodnej siete v obci. Stavba bude realizovaná na základe právoplatného vodoprávneho povolenia vydaného Okresným úradom Nové Mesto nad Váhom, odbor starostlivosti o životné prostredie, č. j. OU-NM-OSZP-2016/010154-3/HD1, v znení neskorších zmien. Vodovodná vetva „A" bude realizovaná na základe právoplatného vodoprávneho povolenia č. j. OU-NM-OSZP-2020/005331-03/HD1, v znení neskorších zmien. 2. Horná Streda - stoková sieť - výstavba verejnej splaškovej kanalizácie v obci vrátane čerpacích staníc a výtlačných potrubí. Stavba bude realizovaná na základe právoplatného vodoprávneho povolenia vydaného Okresným úradom Nové Mesto nad Váhom, odbor starostlivosti o životné prostredie, č. j. OU-NM-OSZP-2016/010155-3/HD1, v znení neskorších zmien. 3. Horná Streda - čistiareň odpadových vôd - výstavba mechanicko-biologickej čistiarne odpadových vôd vrátane všetkých technologických súborov a súvisiacich objektov. Stavba bude realizovaná na základe právoplatného vodoprávneho povolenia vydaného Okresným úradom Nové Mesto nad Váhom, odbor starostlivosti o životné prostredie, č. j. OU-NM-OSZP-2016/010155-3/HD1, v znení neskorších zmien. Zákazka je z dôvodu viaczdrojového financovania členená na tri Etapy podľa zmluvy o dielo.
