Predmetom zákazky je a)vypracovanie Projektovej dokumentácie PD 1, ktorá obsahuje: - vypracovanie DSP Rekonštrukcia ČOV - 10 vyhotovení, b)zhotovenie Stavby, ktorá obsahuje: b.1) Bezvýkopová sanácia (oprava) kanalizácie : - kamerový prieskum kanalizácie - bezvýkopová sanácia súčasnej kanalizácie - havarijná oprava kanalizácie, ktorú nebolo možné opraviť bezvýkopovo, opravením v otvorenom výkope - renovácia kanalizačných šácht a zabezpečenie ich vodotesnosti b.2) Rekonštrukcia ČOV : - vypracovanie Projektovej dokumentácie PD 2, ktorá zahrňuje: vypracovanie DRS Rekonštrukcia ČOV - 6 vyhotovení, projekt organizácie výstavby 6 vyhotovení, geodetické zameranie zhotovenej Stavby Rekonštrukcia ČOV 6 vyhotovení, vypracovanie DSVS Rekonštrukcia ČOV - 6 vyhotovení, - realizácia stavby Rekonštrukcia ČOV, ktorá ďalej zahrňuje aj : vypracovanie prevádzkového a manipulačného poriadku Rekonštrukcia ČOV 6 vyhotovení. zaškolenie obsluhy a uvedenie stavby Rekonštrukcia ČOV do skúšobnej prevádzky
