Description

Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác v rámci projektu „Etnografické múzeum v Martine“. Cieľom rekonštrukcie je zlepšenie technického stavu objektu, zvýšenie jeho energetickej efektívnosti a predĺženie životnosti, pri zachovaní jeho pamiatkovej hodnoty. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa stavebné úpravy, najmä obnovu fasády, výmenu a repasovanie výplní otvorov a rekonštrukciu strešného plášťa vrátane zateplenia. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj rekonštrukcia technických zariadení budovy, najmä rozvodov zdravotechniky, vykurovania a vzduchotechnik. Ďalej zahŕňa kompletnú modernizáciu elektroinštalácie, vrátane osvetlenia, bleskozvodu a systémov merania a regulácie. Podrobnosti sú uvedené v Súťažných podkladoch. Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác v rámci projektu „Etnografické múzeum v Martine“.
