Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác v rámci projektu „Rekonštrukcia Spišského hradu, Románsky palác a západné paláce“, ktorého cieľom je komplexná obnova vybraných objektov národnej kultúrnej pamiatky v areáli Spišského hradu, so zachovaním pamiatkovej hodnoty objektov, zlepšením technického stavu, bezpečnosti, prevádzkovej funkčnosti a zvýšením kvality sprístupnenia areálu pre verejnosť.
