Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác na výstavbe, rekonštrukcii a modernizácii rozvodov tepla v Bratislave - mestskej časti Vrakuňa, a to v okruhoch Železničná, Čiližská, Bebravská a Rajčianska. Zákazka zahŕňa najmä vonkajšie teplovodné rozvody, odovzdávacie stanice tepla (OST) vrátane technológie, elektroinštaláciu a meranie a reguláciu (ELI a MaR), objektové rozvody, súvisiace stavebné konštrukcie, práce POV a sadové úpravy. Podrobný opis predmetu je popísaný v Súťažných podkladoch a ich prílohách.
