Description

Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác pre projekt: STRATEGICKÉ ÚZEMIE VALALIKY FÁZA 1 - Externá infraštruktúra - ROZŠÍRENIE EXISTUJÚCEJ ČOV KOŠICE. Celkový opis projektu je uvedený v Sprievodnej správe a v Súhrnných technických správach v Dokumentácii pre realizáciu stavby. Objekty splaškovej kanalizácie budú zabezpečovať odvedenie odpadových vôd z územia strategického parku do ČOV Košice. Z tohto dôvodu je potreba intenzifikácie existujúcej ČOV Košice a jej navýšenie kapacity o uvažované množstvo odpadových vôd zo Strategického územia, ktoré zahŕňa priemyselný park a okolité obce. Samotné riešenie intenzifikácie je navrhované s výhľadovým rozšírením ČOV pre rozvoj mesta a priľahlých obcí. Výstavba splaškovej kanalizácie je rozdelená na dve etapy. Prvá etapa zabezpečuje odvádzanie splaškových odpadových vôd z parku do jestvujúcej ČOV. Druhá etapa predstavuje intenzifikáciu samotnej ČOV Košice, ktorou sa zabezpečí navýšenie množstva spracovateľných odpadových vôd a je predmetom tejto súťaže. Súčasťou stavieb je aj vybavenie a technická infraštruktúra ako príjazdové cesty, NN prípojky, osvetlenie, oplotenia a pod. Podrobnejší opis je obsiahnutý v technických správach jednotlivých stavebných objektov, ktoré sú súčasťou projektovej dokumentácie v stupni dokumentácia pre realizáciu stavby („DRS“).
