Description

Predmetom zákazky je dodanie tovaru, a to materiálu používaného na zimnú údržbu cestných komunikácií, konkrétne voľne loženej posypovej soli (NaCl) v množstve 37 000 ton, vrátane dopravy a vyloženia predmetu zákazky z dopravných prostriedkov na miesta určenia, ktorými sú jednotlivé strediská verejného obstarávateľa. Jednotková kúpna cena je rozdelená podľa sezónneho obdobia, v ktorom je tovar objednaný. Sezónnym obdobím sa rozumie: a) letná sezóna - obdobie od 01. apríla do 31. októbra a b) zimná sezóna - obdobie od 01. novembra do 31. marca. Predmet zákazky musí byť dodaný v kvalite, lehotách a spôsobom bližšie definovaným v prílohe č. 3 súťažných podkladov - Opis predmetu zákazky. Požiadavky na predmet zákazky stanovené verejným obstarávateľom ako aj podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky sú uvedené v jednotlivých prílohách súťažných podkladov.
