Predmetom zákazky je dodanie, inštalácia a implementácia (vrátane úprav podľa interných procesov verejného obstarávateľa) certifikovaného elektronického informačného systému verejnej správy Elektronická registratúra a systému správy dokumentov (Document Management System - DMS) (ďalej len „systém“) na zabezpečenie kompletnej správy listinných a elektronických dokumentov s cieľom IKT (informačné a komunikačné technológie) prostriedkami pokryť procesy od prijatia podania, jeho evidencie, spracovania ekonomických agend, správy zmlúv a interných predpisov, až po archiváciu spisu a obeh dokumentov. Bližšia špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je uvedená v časti D. Opis predmetu zákazky a v časti D.1 Vlastný návrh plnenia predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
